Former Falcons and Saints QB Bobby Hebert joined Dukes & Bell to talk about the rumors of the Falcons hiring longtime Saints personnel guy Terry Fontenot, plus could Matt Ryan be a potential candidate to replace Drew Brees in New Orleans?
Hebert talked about Falcons QB Matt Ryan and potential landing spot for the former MVP inside the NFC South.
“He would take Matt Ryan, he knows that Sean Payton would want Matt Ryan if the Falcons don’t want him.” Hebert said “Fontenot knows this, Sean Payton could turn him into that MVP type season that he had.”
“That’s not the problem, you have to get the pieces around him and the reason why the Saints are winning is because they’re winning in the trenches.”
