(670 The Score) Bears tight end Jimmy Graham was named the team's nominee for Walter Payton Man of the Year, a prestigious honor voted on by players for each of the NFL's 32 teams.
The winner of the Walter Payton Man of the Year is revealed during the Super Bowl in February.
Graham's foundation, The Jimmy Graham Foundation, provides aviation experiences for veterans and introduces underprivileged youth to flying. After signing with the Bears in March, Graham made a six-figure donation to a local charity assisting homeless youth and also facilitated a donation of 1,000 masks to the organization.
Graham, 34, joined the Bears on a two-year, $16-million deal this past offseason. He's tied for the team lead with five touchdowns this season.
