The NFL season is winding down after Championship weekend and we’re breaking down the AFC and NFC Championship games all day on The Fan.
ESPN’s Michael Wilbon joined Inside Access to give his thoughts on what he saw this weekend.

Michael joined Jason and Ken to talk about what the Packers loss means for Aaron Rodgers future with the team, what he thinks about the lack of diversity in head coaches being hired and the passing of Hank Aaron.
Michael told the guys that the Matt LeFleur made a poor decision by not going for it on 4th down late in the game which would ultimately lead to Green Bay’s loss. Michael said what he doesn’t like about the NFL is that coaches continue to take the game out of the hands of the players. He thinks this is the end of the Aaron Rodgers era in Green Bay.

Kansas City and Tampa Bay will play in the Super Bowl on Feb 7th.
