No matter what time of year it is, the Patriots are always searching for ways to improve their team.
According to ESPN's Mike Reiss, the team hosted wide receiver Jordan Suell for a tryout recently.
Suell played in college at Southern Oregon, but the 6-foot-5 wide out did not land with any team this spring or at all during the year.
He did play in The Spring League where he had a monster game catching four passes for 156 yards and two touchdowns. He's known for his athleticism and ability to make contested catches.
Suell is a candidate to be signed to a futures contract.
