HOUSTON (SportsRadio 610) -- The Rockets are playing without their best player Saturday against the Sacramento Kings.
James Harden is out of this game with a sprained ankle. Eric Gordon is starting for the Rockets in Harden's place.
The Rockets are coming off a 122-119 win against the Kings on New Year's Eve, when Harden scored 33 points. He's averaging 37 points, 11 assists and 5.3 rebounds in the Rockets' first three games this season.
According to the Houston Chronicle, Harden appeared to turn his ankle late against the Kings when he collided with teammate John Wall.
