The Hub City Spartanburgers took game one of the inaugural I-85 Rivalry Series, Tuesday night.
Hub City got its 1st shutout win in a 1-0 pitchers duel. Righthander Leandoro Lopez got the win for Hub City throwing 5 innings of shutout ball, allowing just three hits.
Game 2 of 6 game series is tonight and is set to conclude, Sunday.
