A former Upstate High School Football Coach is set to be enshrined later this year. The late Tom Bass, former Head Coach at Seneca High will be inducted into the South Carolina Football Coaches Hall of Fame.
The ceremony is set to be held December 14th at the North-South All Star Game in Myrtle Beach. The football field at Seneca is already named in honor of Coach Bass. He spent 20 years as the leader of Bobcat Football and won over 200 games in his tenure.
He led Seneca to the State Semifinals 5 times and to the State Title game once, back in 1996.
