Some of the Upstate's top Boys Basketball programs are set to square off with some of the top teams in Georgia, this weekend. Greenville High, Greer, Byrnes and Dorman will play in the FCA I-85 Battleground Showcase on Saturday at Franklin County High School in Carnesville, Georgia.
At Noon Saturday, The Greenville Red Raiders will take on the host team the Franklin County Lions, who are coach by Seneca alumnus Jason Shaver. The unbeaten Greer will square off with Habersham Central. After that, The Byrnes Rebels are set to clash with the Lanier Longhorns.
In the nightcap, defending 5A State Champs Dorman will tangle with nationally ranked Grayson, who are led by Georgia Commit Jacob Wilkins, the son of NBA Hall Of Famer Dominique Wilkins.
