The Atlanta Hawks came into the season with a lot of expectations. It was pretty clear to the fan base that this organization wants to make the playoffs.
Most importantly, Hawks principal owner Tony Ressler has made it very clear that he wants to see his team in the postseason. The Hawks got off to a great start by going 3-0. But after struggling with turnovers and not being able to finish games, they now sit at 4-4.
Sarah Spencer, of the AJC, joined The Jon Chuckery Show to try to explain what is going on with this team.
"They are just in a rut right now," Spencer said. "The person that is charged with having to figure it out is Lloyd Pierce."
Pierce fully understands where this team needs to be at the end of the year, but if they continue to struggle, you have to wonder if he even makes it that far.
