My Aunt Karen isn't much of a cook, like at all, but she knocked it out of the park with this one. It's tasty, filling, and SUPER easy to make. This is a recipe that we have kicking around in my family and every once in a while you get a picture of someone making it. This recipe is perfect for that day when you have a thousand things going on but you still want to have a home-cooked meal on the table for dinner. It's what I like to call a mix-n-go recipe, there aren't a lot of crazy steps and your dishes are minimal!

Ingredients
-6 breasts chicken
-2 cups Swiss cheese
-2 cans cream of chicken
-2/3 cup water
-2 sticks melted butter
-1 bag Pepperidge Farm Stuffing
Instructions
1) Preheat oven to 350. Take your chicken and cut them up into cubes. Mix cream of chicken and water in a large bowl, then mix in cheese and chicken.
2) Pour the chicken mixture into a greased 9×13.
3) Take the melted butter and mix with the bag of stuffing. Pour the stuffing over the chicken, evenly covering the casserole dish.
4) Cover and cook the casserole for an hour and fifteen minutes. Remove the foil and cook for 15 minutes more to let the stuffing brown up.
5) Remove from the oven and let cool. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
The original recipe doesn’t call for it but adding about a tablespoon of pepper to the chicken mixture before you pour it into the casserole dish really helps!
