Liz's Kitchen: Nate's Cheesy Crockpot Potatoe recipe

Nate's Cheesy Crockpot Potatoes recipe

Everyone has their version of cheesy potatoes and here's mine. My cousin Nate would fit in perfect in Buffalo. He likes simple, easy and delicious food. He has yet to let us down on a family vacation meal or snack and this recipe is no different. It so cheesy and easy (which should be a new tagline) and with a crockpot liner your clean up is nothing! What I love about this meal is it is a dump meal - throw everything in the crockpot, stir and then just wait for it to be done. My favorite way to serve this is with ham, it is hands down one of my favorite meals. However, you can serve this with whatever you like because it's delicious with anything!

Nate's Cheesy Potato ingredients

Nate’s Cheesy Crockpot Potatoes
1 bag of frozen hash browns (square or shredded)
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of cheddar soup.
8 oz sour cream
1/4 stick of butter
1 bag of cheddar cheese
½ tbsp. onion flakes
½ tbsp. garlic powder
1/2 tbsp. pepper
1 tsp salt

Instructions
1)Take all the ingredients and throw them into the crockpot.
2)Mix everything up and set your crockpot to high and let it go for about 3-4 hours.
3)Open the crockpot and give the potatoes a good mix and serve them on up!

When I told you it was easy I meant it! Enjoy!
