The correct caller at (404) 726-9833 (as announced by the on-air personality prior to the cue to call) will, upon verification of eligibility, will win a $50.00 Disney Gift card provided by <em>Walt Disney World^®</em>. There will be up to ten (10) Qualifying prizes. Each qualifying winner qualifies for a chance to win one (1) grand prize trip for up to four (4) persons for three (3) nights and four (4) days at a Walt Disney World Resort® (“Vacation”). The Prize Winner may be accompanied by up to three (3) guests (each a “<strong>Guest</strong>”, collectively “<strong>Guests</strong>” and together with the Prize Winner, the “<strong>Group</strong>”).</p><p>The Vacation Package will consist of the following:</p><p>A. Not more than four (4) round trip coach airfare tickets for four (4) persons between the major gateway airport closest to Prize Winner’s residence and the Orlando International Airport (direct flights are not guaranteed). Departure dates to and from the airport are subject to availability;</p><p>B. Round trip ground transportation service for up to four (4) persons or voucher(s) for local ground transportation service between Orlando International Airport and <em>Walt Disney World</em>® Resort (with the means of transportation to be selected by Disney operating in its sole discretion);</p><p>C. Three (3) nights room accommodations consisting of one (1) standard room (with a maximum room occupancy of four (4) persons) at a <em>Walt Disney World</em>® Resort hotel to be selected by Disney in its sole discretion and based on availability;</p><p>D. Not more than four (4) standard 4-Day <em>Walt Disney World</em>® Theme Park Tickets with <em>Park Hopper</em>® Option, each ticket with an expiration date of May 31, 2027 (each, a “<strong>Ticket</strong>”).</p><p>Each Ticket currently provides admission to <em>Walt Disney World</em>® Theme Parks for four (4) days. Reservation requirements are subject to change. Tickets are nontransferable and are valid only during specific event dates and hours. Group members must guard Tickets against loss, theft, or damage. All costs and expenses not expressly stated in the Vacation Package description above are excluded and solely the responsibility of Prize Winner and/or his/her/their guest(s), including but not limited to: </p><ul><li>Excursions;</li> <li>Travel insurance;</li> <li>Laundry service;</li> <li>Spa treatments;</li> <li>Alcoholic and specialty non-alcoholic beverages (including specialty coffee);</li> <li>Individually charged snacks and treats (including but not limited to movie popcorn, packaged candy, ice cream, gelato, pastries, and bar snacks);</li> <li>Local and long distance telephone calls;</li> <li>Wireless and internet services;</li> <li>Transportation from/to Prize Winner’s residence;</li> <li>Airport departure fees and taxes;</li> <li>Baggage fees;</li> <li>Insurance (health, travel, medical);</li> <li>Hotel room service;</li> <li>Parking fees;</li> <li>Spa treatments;</li> <li>Food;</li> <li>Beverages;</li> <li>Incidental expenses;</li> <li>Service charges, </li> <li>Resort fees or taxes;</li> <li>Merchandise and souvenirs; and,</li> <li>Tips and gratuities not specifically set forth above.</li></ul><p><strong>The approximate retail value of the Vacation Package is Seven Thousand Six Hundred Seventeen and 76/100 United States Dollars (US $7,617.76) (“ARV”). </strong>The ARV of the Vacation Package may vary depending on point of departure and fluctuations of rates and airfares (if applicable). If the actual value of the Vacation Package is less than the stated ARV, the difference in the amount will not be awarded. <strong>The Group must travel and redeem the Vacation Package no later than May 31, 2027</strong>.<strong> </strong>Vacation Package rules should include, but are not limited to:<strong> </strong>Vacation must be booked at least forty-five (45) days prior to the intended Vacation travel dates and must<strong> </strong>occur from 5/31/2026 to 5/31/2027. If Vacation is not completed by 5/31/2027, the prize will be forfeited<strong> </strong>without compensation of any kind. Disney reserves the right to change the allowable dates, the Vacation<strong> </strong>period, or any other component of the Vacation, for any reason and in its sole discretion. Disney will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. Airline carrier’s regulations and conditions apply to air travel. Airline tickets are nonrefundable, non-transferable, and are<strong> </strong>not valid for upgrades.<strong> </strong>Actual value of the prize awarded depends on a number of factors, including booking and travel dates and<strong> </strong>the number of travelers, and therefore may be lower or higher than the estimated value at the time it is<strong> </strong>fulfilled. If the actual value of the prize is less than the stated estimated value, the difference will not be<strong> </strong>awarded. The Prize Winner will not receive compensation for any element(s) of the Vacation Package that<strong> </strong>any participant(s) is unable to use for any reason, and such unused portion(s) of the Vacation Package will<strong> </strong>be forfeited.<strong> </strong>No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight or cruise<strong> </strong>(as applicable).
