Austin Riley has been one of the best third basemen in the majors through the first half of the season. But he isn't being rewarded with an All-Star spot.

While many may consider Riley's absence a glaring omission, he isn't the Braves only All-Star Game snub as a pair of arms should have been considered as well.

Kyle Wright has burst onto the scene with his breakout season that has seen him toss his way to double-digit victories and a sub-3.00 ERA. Wright is second in the NL in wins, 10th in ERA, eighth in innings pitched, seventh in strikeouts, and tied for eighth in WAR.

A.J. Minter has been arguably the best relief pitcher in baseball, but not being a closer until Kenley Jansen's recent health scare he's been easy to overlook. Minter has a microscopic 1.70 ERA and 0.89 WHIP and has just two blown saves in 40 appearances.

Despite all three players being left off the initial All-Star Game roster, there could be some additions to the team based on injuries and who will be available for next Tuesday's midsummer classic.
