HIGHLAND TWP. (WWJ) - A Pontiac man has been arrested for exposing himself to another man in a park.

The Oakland County Sheriff's Office said it received a 911 call on Friday about a man half-naked in a pavilion area Dodge Park in Highland Township.

The witness told investigators he saw the suspect pulling down his pants before lying on stomach across a picnic table with his buttocks exposed.

When the witness began video taping the incident, the suspect covered his car's license plate with a t-shirt and sped off.

Deputies were able to track down and the man, identified as 34-year-old Brian Dean Pochron, a convicted sex offender. When questioned, officials said, Pochron admitted what he'd done, telling deputies he was "fishing" to see if the witness was interested in him.

Pochron was arraigned Tuesday on a charge of indecent exposure and ordered held on a $10,000, no 10% bond. If released on bond he will be prohibited from returning to Dodge Park.

In 2003, Pochron was convicted of Second Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct on a person under 13, according to the sheriff's office. In 2017, he was convicted of indecent exposure after he was found lying completely nude on a walking trail in Highland Township.
