DETROIT (WWJ) – The search is on for a missing Detroit man who hasn't been seen in nearly a week.
Detroit police officials say 31-year-old Erwin Kelley left his residence in the 20 block of Peterboro – just off Woodward Avenue near downtown – Tuesday evening and hasn't been seen since.
Kelley's fiance says he suffers from mental illness.
Police describe Kelley as about 5-foot-5, 150 lbs., with brown eyes, long black braids and a full goatee.
Authorities are not sure what Kelley was wearing when he left or where he was headed.
