Four New Orleans men are in jail and facing charges in connection with a multi-agency shooting and drugs investigation.
Shawn Major, Tron Hughes, Corey Major, and Lewis Wallace were all booked for their alleged roles in an April 3 drive-by shooting on North Claiborne Avenue near Annette Avenue in the Seventh Ward. According to investigators, their arrests came after a May 13 raid on Annette Street, nearly two blocks from where the shooting happened.
Investigators say they seized seven guns (one of them stolen), fentanyl, meth, weed, and $8,700 in cash when they executed the search warrants.

Police say Wallace, Hughes, and Corey Major are convicted felons who were in possession of those guns illegally.
Shawn Major, Corey Major, and Hughes are all facing aggravated second-degree battery charges. Shawn Major and Wallace are facing multiple drug possession counts.
The shooting remains under investigation.
