Anyone who goes to a job they hate day after day has had thoughts about how they may one day quit that job. Rarely do those thoughts include leaving with respect and dignity. Recently a group of Burger King employees decided they had enough, and made sure they left their mark on the way out; leaving a sign that read “we all quit” on the massive sign outside the restaurant.

As drivers approached the fast food chain recently, they were welcomed by a sign featuring the words of some disgruntled former employees instead of the deals of the day. According to Fox News, the group of employees left due to problems with management after being forced to work in the kitchen with no air conditioning. “I didn’t think anybody was going to notice it [the sign], because we did just one sign and then it went pretty crazy on Facebook. I got a call from my upper management and they told me I needed to take it down," said former general manager Rachael Flores.

After Flores quit a group of employees followed her lead, leaving the fast food chain understaffed. The location in Nebraska remains open despite being understaffed. Hopefully the next group of employees is cool with a hot kitchen.
