For first time homebuyers, the prospect of actually purchasing a home seems all but bleak these days.
However, just north of Dallas in the city of Princeton, a new community is growing that aims to provide eager homeowners a more feasible opportunity to become just that.
Miami-based builder Lenna has announced they are bringing a community of tiny homes to Princeton, along a peninsula of Lavon Lake.
According to WFAA, these two-story tiny homes will be less than 700 square feet and start in price in the mid $100,000s. The master-planned community for the homes includes a swimming pool, community center, basketball courts, and a playground.
According to the U.S. Census Bureau, Princeton is the fastest-growing city in the nation.
