The largest home sale of the year in DFW just saw a mansion in Highland Park exchange hands for $21 million.
According to WFAA, the 11,433-square-foot home at 4815 Saint Johns Dr. closed on May 1. The asking price was $24.9 million.
The deal also beat out home sales in Houston and though it is unclear how it compares to deals in Austin and San Antonio, many believe this could be the largest public home sale in Texas so far this year.
Last year, the biggest home sale in Texas went to 6601 Hunters Glen Road in University Park for $30.5 million.
