Over the summer, graphic designer Connor Dwyer has been creating t-shirt designs for grocery stores with a heavy metal twist.  They’ve been proven to be quite popular, so you know it was only a matter of time before he tackled Texas’ favorite grocery store.

Dwyer recently released his designs of heavy metal H.E.B. merch, and H.E.B. fans have gone absolutely mental for them.

The shirts seemed to have been given the stamp of approval from H-E-B, who commented on his post on TikTok, “ 👀 We’re OBSESSED 😍.”

Dwyer has a special connection to H-E-B, telling MySA.com that he grew up in North Louisiana, and “H-E-B was always where I went for groceries when visiting Texas.

“It seems like Texans don’t play around when it comes to H-E-B, they were tagging the brand and asking for it before I even hinted at making one. After seeing so many requests for H-E-B in the comments of my series, I was so excited to jump in and make an H-E-B design.”

The shirts aren’t currently available for purchase, but Dwyer says he wants to change that "as soon as possible.”
