Luckily for those in DFW, a North Texas bar was recently named one of the best sports bars in America. The top 10 list only included one Texas bar, and it was none other than Katy Trail Ice House in Dallas.
Gayot recently unveiled their list of the best sports bars in America. While the list was shared just in time for March Madness, the self-described “professional Guide to The Good Life” claims these bars are good for sports fan year round. According to CW33, Katy Trail Ice House in Dallas landed the number six spot on the list.
“Boasting a huge beer garden in the heart of Dallas’s Uptown district, Katy Trail Ice House is located on the Katy Trail — an outdoor utopia that results in plenty of people watching. Long wooden communal tables and a spacious patio with umbrellas and lights hanging from the many trees give this sports bar hangout lots of personality,” said the report.
