You may not have heard of Dew, TX before, it's a small, unincorporated town off I-45 about 100 miles south of Dallas.
Dew has attracted the attention of Pepsico who has propositioned the town a little deal to promote their latest drink, Hard Mountain Dew.
If Dew changes their name to "Hard Dew," Pepsico will provide a new welcome sign, a roadside attraction-sized Hard MTN Dew can, a happy hour at a "local watering hole," and a community enhancement fund to refresh the newly-renamed town, per to WFAA.
Pepsico created a petition on Change.org to start the process of changing the town's name. That needs 10,000 signatures by February 28.
