Two lots of frozen bettergoods Authentic Italian Lemon Alfredo Fettuccine Alfredo sold at Walmarts across the country, including Texas, have been recalled due to possible listeria contamination.
According to the Dallas Morning News, the recalled pasta comes in a yellow, 22-ounce package with UPC 194346442706. The affected packages include those with lot number L6079C and an expiration date of Sept. 19, 2027, and lot number L6080C and an expiration date of Sept. 20, 2027.
Gias Foods announced the recall on September 15 after routine samplings in Washington and Florida revealed the presence of Listeria monocytogenes. No illnesses have been reported as of yet.
