Pinkitzel, an “over-the-top cupcake, candy and gift boutique born in Oklahoma City” has opened in first location in Texas, on Louisiana Street on McKinney’s Downtown Square.
Co-founder Jonathan Jantz told WFAA, “People just love coming in here and using it as a photo opportunity.”
Jonathan’s wife Christa, also a co-founder added, “Kitzel in Yiddish means tickle, so we want everyone to feel tickled pink when they come in. You know, you think of candy stores, you think of carousels, you think of anything whimsical and fun.”
Pinkitzel is located at 101 W Louisiana St. McKinney, TX 75069.
