It’s pretty hard to find someone in DFW that doesn’t love tacos, which means Tuesday will be a big day throughout the metroplex. Not only is it Taco Tuesday, but October 4th is also National Taco Day. To celebrate, local favorite Rusty Taco announced a new menu item and they’ll be giving customers the chance to sample it for free all day.

With National Taco Day taking place on a Tuesday this year, plenty of restaurants will be serving up deals on the dish all over town. However, one of the best deals may be from Rusty Taco, as the restaurant will be handing out their new taco, “The Uptown,” for free. According to CW33, the taco features hand-breaded fried chicken, slaw, queso, honey, and sriracha served on a flour tortilla.

Those hoping to get a taste for free must sign up for the brand’s e-club. They will receive the new taco for free whether it is an in-store or online order. As Rusty Taco will soon learn, it is hard for most in DFW to turn down a free taco.
