Often when people visit Texas, one of the first things they talk about is all the “southern hospitality” they received in the Lone Star state. However, a new study may have revealed the real reasoning people from Texas are so willing to show love to others. The study found that Texas has three of the most sexually active cities in America, with Austin and Dallas claiming the first two spots on the list.
Men’s Health recently unveiled the results of a study on the most sexually active cities in America, According to CW33, the study looked at condom sales, birth rates, and STD statuses to determine the rankings. Based on the data, Austin was the most sexually active city, with Dallas close behind at number two.
Houston also made the list, taking the 10th spot overall. As for Dallas, the North Texas city scored so high due to being ranked 5th in condom sales, 6th in birth rates and 25th in STD rate. Luckily the STD score wasn’t so high, or else Dallas would have likely taken the top spot. At least now the metroplex has yet another claim to fame.
