It's not too often you run into a certified legend on a normal Tuesday out, but skaters at Slayter Creek Park in Anna were in presence of literal greatness.
Slayer Creek Park was constructed by one of the friends of skateboarding legend Tony Hawk, who stopped by the North Texas town after promising his friend he would if he was ever in the Dallas area.
A city spokesperson told NBC DFW that everyone was shocked to see Hawk working on some tricks at the skate park, and that kids, parents, and first responders began to show up once news spread to take pictures with the legend.
