An LSU Football player has turned himself in after being accused of harboring two murder suspects, just weeks prior to their season opener at Clemson.
Freshman Running Back J.T. Lindsey is charged with accessory to murder after the fact. The charges came after 17 year old Shemell Jacobs and 18 year old Keldrick Jordan were apprehended by the U.S. Marshals inside Lindsey's dorm room.
Jacobs and Jordan are charged with 2nd degree murder after the deadly shooting of a 17 year old in May. Officials say Lindsey was not involved in the murder, but did allow the two suspects to stay in his dorm room and multiple guns were found inside the room, during the arrest.
Lindsey has been suspended, LSU will take on Clemson, Saturday night August 30th.
