I am not lying when I say this is the easiest mac & cheese recipe I’ve ever come across. When I was living with my grandma before I moved to Buffalo she taught me how to make mac & cheese with a béchamel sauce. It was so delicious but it took forever to make that I almost would rather have it out of box. However, I was willing to put in the work because it was for her. However, when Susie shared her mac & cheese recipe with me my world came crashing down. It was so creamy and it took so much less time and effort to make than the traditional béchamel base. It’s four ingredients and a slow cooker. Get ready. PRO TIP: Invest in crockpot liners, they are game-changers!

3 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup water
2 1/2 cups uncooked elbow pasta
1/4 cup butter 1/2 inch cubes
1 lb Velveeta 1/2 inch cubes

Take all your ingredients, put them in the slow cooker, and set it on low. Cook for 2 1/2 hours.

Stir and serve. Enjoy!

So flippin’ easy, right? You’ll be coming back for more!
