In 2002, Home Depot co-founder Arthur Blank bought the Atlanta Falcons for approximately $545 million. Yesterday, Blank made more than half of his initial investment back by selling 10 percent of the NFL franchise to three limited partners, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
If the numbers are true, he made an estimated $300 million.
