Day one of the P Diddy sex trafficking trial is in the books and is already making big headlines.

On Monday morning, the full jury pool was selected and opening statements commenced. The prosecution’s opening statements claim that Diddy  forced Cassie to participate in “freak off” sex parties. They claim he was violent with women, sexually assaulted his former assistant, and he even forced a sex worker to urinate in Cassie’s mouth.

Diddy’s defense argued that the sexual acts were consensual and the relationships were voluntary and beneficial for the women.

Witnesses like the security guard from the Los Angeles hotel where Diddy was seen on surveillance video abusing Cassie were called to the stand. This witness testified that Diddy tried to bribe him to keep him quiet. Another witness called was a male sex worker who says Diddy directed the "freak offs" and pleasured himself while watching him perform explicit acts with Cassie, who paid for his services.

Diddy's family, including his three daughters were in attendance, but the three young ladies left the courtroom when the male sex worker gave his graphic testimony.

Reports say that Diddy sometimes read from a Bible while in court, but for the most part, he had a blank stare and was stoic during opening arguments.

The music mogul and icon is charged with 5 federal counts that include 2 charges of sex trafficking, 2 charges of transportation to engage in prostitution, and a single count of racketeering conspiracy. He has pleaded not guilty.

Reports say that a very pregnant Cassie is expected to take the stand on day two.
