C-Mac: National disrespect of Daniel Jones has gone too far
The quarterback ratings have been released for Madden ’25, and C-Mac had to take some time to call out the disrespect for Daniel Jones.
“It’s absolutely ridiculous that Daniel Jones is the 36th-ranked quarterback,” C-Mac said. “As you’re well aware, there are not 36 teams in the NFL. So, Daniel Jones is not viewed by the folks at EA Sports to be a starting quarterback in the NFL, and that is just inaccurate.
“Some of the names that are in front of him…he’s tied with the same rating as Bo Nix and JJ McCarthy. Are you aware that neither of them have taken a snap in the NFL, and Daniel Jones has won a road playoff game??”
Sure, C-Mac has serious doubts about the Giants potential with Jones as the starting quarterback, but to have him ranked alongside or below some seriously unproven quarterbacks is an insult to Jones.
“Kenny Pickett?? Bryce Young, whose rookie season was so bad, everyone associated with it got fired!?” C-Mac said.
“Drake Maye? Drake Maye is so concerning in Patriots training camp right now, that there are talks of their sixth-round pick they took possibly jumping him in the pecking order. I mean, come on now.”
