Keith: Giants fans have to be confident in team's future with Joe Schoen
After watching the latest episode of Hard Knocks, Keith says Giants fans should be coming away feeling encouraged about the direction of their team with Joe Schoen.
“If you’re a Giants fan, how are you not looking at this and saying, ‘We have a future’?” Keith said.
“Make no doubt about this. People keep asking ‘what is this team’s identity?’ You’re gonna find out when they kick that ball in the air.”
Keith has lauded the Giants for bolstering their point-of-attack positions, beefing up the line of scrimmage on both sides of the ball, and believes that while this season may not result in a playoff berth, the team is heading in the right direction.
“I don’t know how many wins the Giants are gonna have this year, but it’s clear that they have a leader,” Keith said.
“Tiki Barber has been telling you guys for years, ‘You gotta build that ass.’ That’s what the Giants focused on this year. Priorities.”
