Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott purchased his 8,800 square foot mansion in Prosper back in 2019.
The property includes a tennis court, a turf football field, a small pond, and a golf green.
Apparently, it’s time for an upgrade, though.
Last month, Dak and the Cowboys agreed to a four-year, $240 million contract extension, and evidently Dak wants to put a good chunk of that new cash into tearing down and renovating his home.
Images and video obtained by TMZ show Dak, along with fellow North Texas residents Dude Perfect watching Dak’s mansion get demolished.
A source told TMZ that Dak wants to rebuild “a more modern home that's better suited for his current needs.”
We’re not sure what Dude Perfect’s involvement was, but we can be certain a video will pop up on their YouTube channel imminently!
