While many Texans have experienced tornados, most do whatever they can to stay as far away from the destructive weather as possible. However, one man recently ventured near a twister in Texas, capturing some incredible photos and video while doing so.
Over the weekend, storms moved across Texas, leaving some cities in danger of experiencing a tornado. While most took cover, one storm chaser decided to travel to Shallowwater, Texas to capture the moment the tornado touched down. James Burch recently went viral after sharing the incredible photos and video he got of the tornado.
Many online agreed; the storm seemed way too close for comfort, as it tore through the city. According to BroBible, the incident occurred on Friday afternoon. Hopefully the storm chaser got his fix, and will stay away from dangerous weather for a while.
