AIDS Healthcare Foundation's Ohh Mamma! Brings a Dazzling, Safer-Sex Message to Atlanta

Atlanta is set to experience a bold and electrifying night of entertainment as the AIDS Healthcare Foundation brings its Mamma Mia!-inspired burlesque-style show, Ohh Mamma!, to Dome in the City on March 1st at 8 p.m. This one-of-a-kind production is more than just a spectacle—it's a powerful initiative promoting safer sex awareness, featuring a star-studded cast and a crucial public health message.

Recently, Juandolyn Stokes, Host of On Point with Juandolyn Stokes, had an energetic conversation with Max Alvarez, Director of Events at AIDS Healthcare Foundation and Sharon Ferguson, Prince's former dancer about the upcoming phenomenal showcase. This dynamic duo emphasized how the production blends entertainment with education, using music, dance, and theatrical artistry to make conversations about sexual health more accessible and engaging.

Headlining the show is Georgia native and RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars winner Kylie Sonique Love, who will bring her signature charisma to the stage. She'll be joined by an iconic lineup of dancers who have performed alongside the legendary Prince, including Sharon Ferguson, Lindsley Allen, Sebastian LeCause, and Kevin Stea. Rounding out the featured cast is Danté Henderson-Hanson, ensuring a night of dazzling choreography and high-energy performances.

The event comes at a critical time for Georgia. According to recent statistics from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Georgia ranks #1 nationally for new HIV cases, with metro Atlanta leading the state. With these alarming figures, Ohh Mamma! aims to creatively engage audiences, reminding them of the importance of practicing safer sex, wearing protection, and preventing the spread of sexually transmitted infections (STIs), including HIV.

Ohh Mamma! isn't just a performance—it's a movement. With a mix of burlesque flair, Broadway-style theatrics, and an empowering message, AHF's production ensures that audiences leave with more than just an unforgettable experience; they leave with knowledge that can save lives.

A Show with a Purpose! Atlanta, get ready to be entertained, inspired, and empowered. Don't miss Ohh Mamma! on March 1st at Dome in the City—it's a show with rhythm, heart, and an essential message for all.
