Over the summer, graphic designer Connor Dwyer started creating heavy metal-inspired t-shirts for a number of grocery store, including Texas’ favorite H.E.B.

Cut to a few months later, H-E-B actually started selling the shirts!

They began sales last Friday, though unfortunately if you weren’t one of the lucky few to grab one, they have all unfortunately sold out.

Dwyer partnered with H-E-B on the design of the shirts, which raised $35,000 for the Health Alliance for Austin Musicians.

Dwyer told MySA.com, “I knew Texas was a big metal community, because a lot of my favorite metal bands are from Texas, but San Antonio, specifically, I just feel like the merge of H-E-B and metal vibes is perfect.

"I was so glad that it was H-E-B that said yes to this series.”

The t-shirts sold out in under four minutes, but according to a social media post, H-E-B says, “We saw an overwhelming response to these shirts and want to let you know your feedback is heard on another drop. We’re getting all of these comments to the right Partners, so please stay tuned."
