The lead single, “Pretty Little Poison,” is a powerful ballad about the one he can’t shake. Zeiders tells Audacy writing the song was an emotional challenge for him, but one he found important to defeat in order to help others.

“There’s been tears shed night after night singing this song on stage from where it hits me in my heart and soul,” he said of the emotional tune. “But, also tears shed of watching thousands of you guys — so early on — sing word for word with me and help me finish the last chorus night after night when it feels like I can’t continue singing it.”

He continued, “that is something that is so surreal to wrap my brain around. I always just come back to I’m just very fortunate to be in the position I’m in.”
