$1M Powerball ticket sold in Bronx deli

NEW YORK (WCBS 880) — Someone in the Bronx has won some big bucks.

A second-prize Powerball ticket worth $1 million was purchased at the S&J Deli on Williamsbridge Road in the Morris Park neighborhood for Wednesday night's drawing, according to New York Lottery officials.

The winning numbers were 5 - 21 - 32 - 36 - 58 and Powerball 14.

There were no winners of the Powerball jackpot for the Aug. 4 drawing, which means the grand prize has surged to an estimated $226 million for the next drawing, which is Saturday night.

The odds of winning a $1 million Powerball prize are 1 in 11,688,054.
