Nicki Minaj has officially opened up the gates to Gag City, kicking off her Pink Friday 2 World Tour with a spectacular start in Oakland, CA and Denver, CO.

Making history on her highest-selling and largest tour to date, Nicki's sold-out show at the Oakland Arena earning the venue its second highest grossing single-night by a Hip-Hop artist, male or female, since opening in 1966.

The rest of Nicki Minaj Presents: Pink Friday 2 World Tour, will take the superstar across North America, Europe, and the UK for over 30 shows, which are also all sold out btw. For those who have tickets, here’s what you can expect, and for those who don’t, here’s what you’ll be missing out on.

To start the show, Nicki rose from below the stage rapping the throwback “I’m the Best,” before going on to the rest of the 36-song setlist of new songs, smash hits, and deep cuts alike.

First, from her critically acclaimed new album Pink Friday 2, Nicki performed “Barbie Dangerous,” and “FTCU.”

Obviously Minaj sprinkled also in fan-favorite classics like “Anaconda”, “Super Bass”, “Starships,” “Chun-Li,” “Moment For Life,” “Roman’s Revenge,” and “Feeling Myself,” and performed several hits for the first time in years, including “Right Thru Me” and “Save Me.”

The Barbz were left in awe as the AI World of Gag City was brought to life. There were six costume changes, futuristic dancers, a subway train, phone booths for her different alter egos (duh), and lot and lots of gyrating.

Pulling through for her fans, for her special guest Minaj enlisted Monica, who took to the stage performing hits including “Angel of Mine,” “Don’t Take It Personal (Just One of Dem Days),” and “Before You Walk Out of My Life.”

Nicki also served up the hit summer single “Barbie World,” plus more tracks form her latest album including “Red Ruby Da Sleeze,” “Big Difference,” “Super Freaky Girl,” and more, before closing out with an encore performance of “Everybody.”
