While 2021 brought plenty of new music to our airwaves, we’re counting down the top 10 most played songs across Audacy Country this year. Check out the list below!
“Better Together” — Luke Combs
This song from Luke Combs’ 2019 album, What You See Is What You Get, has stood the test of time as it continues to hold a top spot on Audacy’s airwaves. Fans clearly can’t get enough of Luke’s softer side.
“The Good Ones” — Gabby Barrett
Following up a massive debut single like “I Hope” is no easy feat for any new artist, but Gabby made it look easy as she released her second single “The Good Ones.” A romantic song about finding the one, it’s impossible not to fall in love with.
“Down To One” — Luke Bryan
Ever since entering the Country scene circa 2007, Luke Bryan has been a force to be reckoned with. Winning numerous awards and topping the Country charts single after single, we’re not surprised to see this song from his 2021 album, Born Here Live Here Die Here in our top 10.
“Love You Like I Used To” — Russell Dickerson
An absolute smash for Russell Dickerson, this up-tempo love song will act as a mood boost to anyone needing a little pick-me-up. Part of his 2020 album, Southern Symphony, the song has proven to be listener favorite for Audacy station nationwide.
“Single Saturday Night” — Cole Swindell
By the looks of our top 10 list so far, love songs were quite a vibe for Audacy stations, Cole Swindell only adding to that with his song, “Single Saturday Night.” Complete with a one-of-a-kind music video, it’s no wonder this tune is still getting plenty of love!
“One Of Them Girls” — Lee Brice
There’s no denying Lee Brice is on a roll! With “One Of Them Girls” being a top hit for the 42-year-old across his entire career, it’s safe to say this song won’t be going anywhere anytime soon, and we are more than OK with that!
“Good Time” — Niko Moon
If there’s one thing you can count on with Niko Moon, it’s a good time — literally. This song is a impressive commitment to optimism that was released during a time when we needed it most. With uplifting lyrics and a fresh Country beat there’s no doubt this song makes listening to Audacy Country stations even more of a “Good Time.”
“Forever After All” — Luke Combs
Just when we thought we couldn’t love Luke Combs any more, he hit us with “Forever After All,” and we are absolute mush over it… still! The song and music video give fans a glimpse into Combs’ relationship with his wife, Nicole along with lots of footage from their beach wedding last August and leaves even the coldest of hearts feeling all warm and fuzzy.
“Famous Friends” — Chris Young & Kane Brown
Of course our “Famous Friends” Chris Young and Kane Brown made the list! A wildly successful duet that stood strong on the charts and did Chris well as the title track of his 8th studio album, we will be talking about this collab for many years to come!
“Just The Way” — Parmalee X Blanco Brown
All about spreading love and good vibes, the meaning behind this mega-collab between the guys of Parmalee and Blanco Brown is a message we can always get behind!
