Daddy O's Smokehouse, owned and founded by Smokologist O.Z. Kamara, is a Sacramento-based BBQ business offering takeout and catering of handcrafted smoked meats and sides. Daddy O's makes everything from scratch with high quality ingredients - never from a can - and many of them are recipes passed down from Mom & Gramp.
I had a chance to try his brisket, chicken, macaroni and cheese, and baked beans, and ALL of it was absolutely incredible. The baked beans are a bit spicy, and the mac and cheese is savory. I scarfed down the brisket and chicken right away. Daddy O's Smokehouse is to die for!
