NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police arrested a man in upstate New York man
for driving his tractor down the road with a blood-alcohol level nearly four times over the legal limit.
Steven Harrison, 42, was pulled over by state troopers patrolling Weaver Dam Road in Petersburg who allegedly spotted him swerving in a 1982 red and white Hesston tractor.
A press release from state police on Wednesday said Harrison "showed signs of impairment."
"He was administered sobriety tests roadside, which he failed, and was taken into custody," the release added.
He as given a breath sample and registered a .31 blood-alcohol level, nearly quadruple the legal limit of .08, according to police.
Harrison was released without bail and due back in Petersburg Town Court on July 27.
