According to WalletHub, 91 million chocolate bunnies are sold each year for the holiday, with the candy the most popular Easter basket item.
But is there a right way to eat the candy?
The study found that 78% of people eat the ears first. That's followed by 11% who devour the bunny's feet first, with 11% opting for the tail for their first bite.

Aside from the chocolate bunnies, consumers indulge in Peeps and jellybeans throughout the holiday weekend.
In fact, top Easter activities include making Easter dinner, the Easter egg hunt, eating candy, taking family photos, dyeing eggs, and making gift baskets, in that order.
WalletHub also estimates the public will spend about $21.6 billion this year celebrating Easter.
