Post Malone and Seth Meyers are now besties, and we’d like to thank Day Drinking, a segment on the late night talk show, for making that possible.

To start off their daytime drink sesh at Manhattan’s The Waylon, Posty and Seth put their boozing talents and knowledge of each other to the test, with a round of trivia and shots. At which point the two discussed how Post got his stage name from a rap generator that also suggested "Funky P" as an option.
“That would have been insane,” Post admitted. “Let me tell you this, I’m not day drinking with no Funky P,” Seth quipped. “Hey, maybe you might,” Post repeated twice.
Next, Seth took on the roll of bartender, creating drinks inspired by some of Post’s many tattoos.
Starting with his “Always Tired” tattoo, Seth served up a drink called “Tired No More” which featured not only coffee and Red Bull, but also a splash of Four Loko and a sprinkle of pixie sticks, that Posty surprisingly enjoyed. As for the next few, we cant say the same, no but like for real, it only got worse from there.
Next, Meyers poured a cocktail he called the “Stay Away Gibson,” which featured brine and pickled onions mixed with gin and other alcohols. Followed by the “Ring of Fire" inspired by Post’s Johnny Cash tattoo, that involved a trio of spicy alcoholic liquids, and a very generous Tabasco pour.
After giggling through a speedy game of Post-It guessing, it was time for as Seth said, “the part of the day I think we all knew was coming,” as the late night show host let Post ink up his face so they could be twinsies. Meyers offered up a few suggestions — the Steelers, his favorite superhero - The Flash, and his dog Frisbee, but Post decided to take some creative liberty. Ultimately going with Seth, Hi!, and an abstract looking flying frisbee with a smiley face, “because the Steelers suck and The Flash is slow compared to Superman.”
Inebriated and shooketh Seth was not having Post’s outlandish claims, and for a minute the two drunkenly beefed about superheroes, which somehow ended with Post arguing that Superman could beat Hawkeye in a bow-and-arrow race. Yeah, we’re not entirely sure how it got to that either.
You’re confused? We’re f***ing confused bro. (yes that's a Euphoria reference)
But it’s all good, the newfound besties made up and ended the segment by attempting to sing along to the Cheers theme song.
