This is a little close to my heart since my daughter, Kennedy, was born deaf and hears with cochlear implants... American Girl's 2020 Girl of the Year doll is Joss Kendrick, and she's the FIRST with hearing loss! She recently made her debut on "Good Morning America," and Joss is a competitive cheerleader and a surfer from southern California.
