Kansas City, Missouri came out on top, by a fairly large margin. Chicago was second, followed by Houston . . . Cincinnati . . . Memphis . . . Louisville, Kentucky . . . ST. LOUIS . . New York City . . . Minneapolis . . . and Overland Park, Kansas.
Of the 199 cities they looked at, Aurora, Illinois ranked dead last. Akron, Ohio is second-worst, just below Amarillo, Texas . . . Columbus, Georgia . . . and Anchorage, Alaska.
