If you're feeling confident about your New Year's resolution, check back with us in one month. There's a good chance you'll be saying, "WHAT New Year's resolution?"

A new survey from StudyFinds.org found the average person sticks to their resolution for 36 days, and abandons it on day 37. Which is February 6th, or exactly one month from today.

On a related note, another study found the average American has attempted to add 19 new GOOD habits during the pandemic . . . and followed through with four of them.

The most popular good habit we've tried to add is a new exercise routine.  A third of people wanted to, but a lot of us got lazy.  Not seeing results fast enough is the #1 reason we quit.

Here are the five most common new habits we FAILED at in 2020 . . .

1.  Waking up earlier.  13% of us tried, but it didn't stick.  That's around 1 in 8 people.

2.  Meditating, 12%.

3.  Going to bed earlier.  1 in 10 Americans tried and failed at that one.

4.  Keeping a journal.  Also 1 in 10.

5. Reading the news more. 1 in 11 people wanted to, but what a year to try THAT one.
