The details of Matthew Perry's will are now becoming available, nearly five months after the actor's sudden passing.

According to E!, a majority of Perry's belongs will go into the "Alvy Singer Living Trust," which is named after Woody Allen's character in "Annie Hall."

"I have intentionally omitted from this Will and the Trust any provision for any of my heirs, issue, relatives, or other persons who are not named," a signed copy of the will read. "I also intentionally do not provide for any stepchildren or foster children that I know have or may later acquire."

Perry's father John Perry, mom Suzanne Morrison, half-sister Caitlin Morrison, and ex-girlfriend Rachel Dunn were listed as beneficiaries of the trust.

The executors were listed as actor Lisa Ferguson (appeared with Perry in "17 Again") and Robin Suzan (game show producer).

"If one of them fails or ceases to act," he placed in the will. "I nominate the other of them to act as Executor hereof."

Matthew Perry died October 28, 2023.
