Angelina Jolie's hair extensions are taking the spotlight.
The luminous star of “Eternals” has been out beating the promotional pavement for the upcoming Marvel blockbuster, and last Sunday found her at the movie's Italian premiere at the Rome Film Festival.
Her outfit was characteristically gorgeous -- an incredible Atelier Versace design in silver metal mesh. But what people really seemed to notice were the mismatched extensions that were clearly visible whenever Jolie walked or swayed around, which is a lot on a red carpet.

Long strands stood out as awkwardly slotted into Jolie’s otherwise lovely locks.
As Page Six points out, the internet condemnations were quick and many.
“How do you let Angelina Jolie walk a red carpet with her hair extensions looking like this, somebody getting fired,” one person tweeted.
Said another, slyly, “Whoever did Angelina’s hair extensions must be a friend of Jennifer’s,” referencing the long-rumored Brad Pitt-fueled feud between Jennifer Aniston and Jolie.

Added another, “Now, I’m no hairdresser but whoever did Angelina Jolie’s hair extensions did it wrong and/or drunk.”
Faceless trolls can always spout off, but the famous are usually not in the habit of throwing obvious shade at the biggest stars -- you never know who’s agent might call someday. But “Vanderpump Rules” alum Stassi Schroeder dropped her 2 cents anyway.
“Before I say goodnight,” she wrote on her Instagram Story, according to Page Six, “I’d like to know who decided to give this queen unblended extensions. Okay, what I’m truly asking is who is fired right now?”
No doubt this alleged styling snafu will leave a Hollywood pro like Jolie unscathed.
